Registration Policy: Upon signing up, you are agreeing to:
1) lash class payment can not be refunded in any circumstance
2) lash class payment can not be transferred to another class or used a store credit
3) depending on my state, this course is only a certification course not a license
4) if deposit option is chosen, the remaining must only be payed in cash
